One last goal for this year that I didn't mention in my post on my goals for 2013 is to add a little edge to my style. This year is a big year. This is the year I finish university (for the time being) and join the real world. This is this year to start to find a full time job. This is the year I have to get seriously thinking about what comes next. So in some sense, this is the year a lot of us have to grow up just that little bit more.
To me, style is a very conscious thing and I like the idea of being able to constantly "improve" or even tweak one's style. I would like to add a little edge to my girly dress style this year and my attempt started with this outfit - black leather, khaki imitation leather and lots of cashmere and wool (including my boyfriend's cashmere jumper). What do you think? Perhaps it went a little overboard and lost any sense of femininity?
